Guide me please

Hello there,

I have just joined a PSU firm. Earlier i was working in Corporate where we need not to correspond with our seniors in writng. but now with govt sector involve, i need to create notings, proposals and requests in wrting and that too in formal format.

I also find it difficult at times to penn down my views so at times it becomes my weak point wherein i am not able to express myself completely.

I want guidance in two ways:

1) Please suggest me any book/website adress which have n number of samples covering most of the govt correspondence.

2) Please suggest me some online portal wherein on timely basis they provide some topics to write in so that i can improve my writing skills.

Please suggest me any other resources to help me out with this.
