Pls help me with application form

I would like to post an application letter but i don't actually know if the company has a vacancy. So can anyone pls tell me how can i write the introduction of the letter. i wrote something like this but i'm not sure if its good:

I am sending this application letter together with a CV, as I am very interested in tourism and am seeking a position as a receptionist at (HOTEL NAME).
