usage of Have

I have a small doubt in usage of have and having.
When do we use have and having?

When we ask somebody
“Do you have a key with you”
they replies
“Yah I have a key”

But one of my friend asked me “I am having a problem with internet connection, can you come and repair it in the evening?

Please help me to find the difference with examples

Here are some examples of BE + having:

having coffee
having a baby
having a party
having dinner
having a drink
having something done for someone
having a bad day

I'd put it like this - when have has got something to do with action (in place of an action verb), you can use the progressive; when it comes to a state, you can't use the progressive with have.

I have stomachache. (not I'm having stomachache.)
I'm having dinner. (= I am eating dinner.)
I have a shower in my bathroom. (not I'm having a shower....)
I'm having a shower. (= I'm taking a shower.)

Having something done for someone:

Ex: I'm having a key made for you.

Meaning, I have asked someone to make a key for you.
