could you please tell me whether it is possible to say:

The supplier shall meet the parameters included in the project solution.

In general, is it possible to use the expression "project solution" when refering to a document? Or are there any better alternatives?

Until I read your notes, it wasn't clear that this was a document, so why not use 'Project Solution document'?
