when we say about our past experience during an interview, which tense should be used?

for example :
1) in my last position, i prepared all the financial reports and sent it to our head office?
(can we use "our head office" after we left from that office? or can we use "sent reports to their head office"?)

2) in my last position, i had to prepared all the financial reports and send it to the head office.

3) in my last position, i was preparing all the financial reports and sending it to the head office

kindly let me know which one is the best to say.

I like your (2) best with minor modifications:

In my last position, I (had to) prepared financial reports and send them to the head office.

Oh... hmm. I don't like to contradict, but I wouldn't use "I had to." It sounds like you were required to and seems to undermine your initiative.

I prepared... would be my choice.

Look up on some of the job sites, like Monster or Career Builder, for interviewing tips and for action verbs on your resume.
