Sure enough?
If 'strangely enough' is correct, why 'surely enough' is incorrect?
I've only found examples with 'sure enough':
eg: Sure enough, Mike managed to get lost.

"surely enough" is a correct expression and is usually used in a sentence like 'One hour is surely enough time to do that job.'
"Sure enough" is said when something expected happens, as in your sentence about Mike.
