I'm not english teacher and also I'm not good in english, but I can;t see anything wrong with that question. Give me feedback guys if you got the correct answer.
The only thing wrong with english teacher as you have written it is that there should be a capital E on English: English teacher.
Otherwise, it's fine.
There are two sorts of English teacher - a teacher of English, and a teacher (of anything) who happens to be English. It would be neat if there were some typographical distinction, but I don't think there is one; in both cases, a capital E is required. :-)
