It is not correct.
'Her being the first person I ever spoke to in French (is something we often talk about.') is correct.
If you are simply saying that she is the first person you ever spoke to in French, then say, She is the first person I have (or I've) ever spoken to in French. or She is the first person I ever spoke to in French.
