I would go with "have" there. The future tense of the main clause makes it clear that the second clause is also in the future. I would use "have had" only for consumables. For example, if the items were food items that had been eaten, "until they have had all the cheeseburgers".

d) might be possible if it meant 'buy', mightn't it? That way, they would be consuming the souvenirs. However, the natural choice is Mike's.
