Default grey hair

Hello,

I'm looking for a phrase describing youth as an opposite to grey hair. Preferably it has to contend a part of the body like young blood etc.

A bit more context would help - is this for an advertisement for a gym or a supplement?

It's part of a heading in an advertisment (a company searching both older and younger engineers)

How about " We are looking for new blood"? That does not leave you open to accusations of ageism!
