What does “relived ” mean here? And what is “A+, N+, and MCSE”?

Relieved = you wil feel less tension and stress, more relaxed
MCSE = Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
A+ & N+ appear to be exams too, but I don't know what area of IT exactly. A+ seems to be gardware.
