Surely, it's not a disease. To me, it's just an ailment, something that you don't feel comfortable with.

It's an illness, not a disease. It can be mild, or it can be deadly. There are two types: infective and toxic. Infective food poisoning is caused by bacteria or parasites in spoiled or undercooked food. Toxic is caused by eating poisonous mushrooms or similar foods, or fruits/vegetables sprayed with toxic pesticides.

So I think every thing is illness, that is from big disease (Aids) to a small ailment like "food poisionous"; "headache"; "back ache". Am I right?

Are diseases only refer to some malfunctioning of some body organs? Doesn´t it also cover those caused by some foreign particles that enter the body, like food or bacteria?
