Hi
Discuss is a transitive verb. It is followed by a direct object. You can say either discuss or speak about, but not discuss about.
e.g. We discussed the problem when we met last week.
discuss:
To speak with another or others about; talk over.
To examine or consider (a subject) in speech or writing.

I`d like to ask you a question please, or Please, give me an explanation regarding...
