Haven't you slept? or Haven't you been to sleep. Which one and why please

Haven't you slept? I may answer, "No, I haven’t slept for days."
Haven't you been to sleep? I would say, "Haven’t you gone to sleep?" or " Haven’t you been sleeping?"

Thanks for your response Buddaheart. A tricky one and maybe the connotation varies from country to country. There seem to be a large number of ways of asking the question the answer to which indicates no sleep. "Haven't you gone to sleep" seems as though it should be asked at the beginning of the sleep process. "Haven't you been sleeping" or "Haven't you been to sleep" sound as though they are asked in what is assumed to be the middle of the process. "Haven't you slept" sounds as though it would be asked first thing in the morning sounds. Do you agree?
