    Hello,
    - The air borne bacteria
    - The breast fed baby

    Is it correct to paraphrase the above sentences as follow ,i mean are the
    sentences like the ones below commonly used ?

    -The bacteria which are borne through the air
    -The baby who is fed through breast

    I would say that it is not common to use your second sentences. They are both grammatically correct and could be used.
