Yah, I think that kind of person is a nuisance. I do agree with you blouen that sometimes you can be a bit pushy.
There is a good word that means roughly the same as 'nag', but often from a position of inferiority - 'pester'. 'Pestering' is what a toddler does at the supermarket.
Oddly, while a singer sings, a pest pesters.
