Default "have" in tag questions...

Hello!

I wonder which of the following sentences is correct.
I'd like to use "tag question" and hope to hear about the usage of "have" in tag question.

Thanks!

You have your haircut, haven't you?
You had your haircut, haven't you?
You had your haircut, didn't you?

You had your haircut, didn't you?
This one is correct.

You have your haircut, haven't you?
This should be 'don't you' as 'have' here is not an auxiliary.

You had your haircut, haven't you?
For the same reason, this should be 'didn't you'.

I agree with tdol's reply. :D

1. You had your hair cut, didn't you. (PAST: had, did)
2. You have your hair cut on Thursdays, don't you? (Present: have, do)

I'd change the word 'haircut', though, to 'hair' (noun) and 'cut' (participle) e.g. You had your hair done :D ; You had your hair washed :D ; You had your hair shaved off.

As for,

3. You had your hair cut, hadn't you?

It's OK in my books.

As for,

4. You have your hair cut (on Thursdays), haven't you?

It's awkward because 'haven't' refers to the Present Perfect, like this,

You have had your hair cut on Thursdays, before, haven't you. (OK)

'have had' is the Present Pefect. It's the first verb 'have' that's tagged.

All the best,
