Default TEFL certificate enough??

Hello, I'm going to be opening a small school in a small town in Mexico. I don't need any certificate to teach here. I will not be giving the class certificates or anything this is just several people wanting to learn the language. I'm thinking of taking a TEFL course online, I want to give my students as much as I can. I'm a homeschooling mother of three with 5 years experience with grades 1-8. So I have some teaching expericence however, I need to know is this a good course to take or should I take something else. I thank you in advance for any help you may give. Amy

Having a TEFL/TESOL behind your name seems to be a good thing these days, Amy. It would also give you some background into teaching ESL which is much different than teaching normal school.
