Default what do u think of this sentence my friends?plz do me a favor

hi to all nice ppl and teachers here
been haunted by the sentence i made up by myself due to not being 100% confident if it's right or wrong,i do hope that somebody here can do me a favor and get me outta such confusion.
the sentence occurred to me a long time ago and it is like this:
"He stoops to almost all kinds of bad evil deeds totally regardless of the harmful and adverse consequences they may bring to the ppl around him and to the society!"
actually, what i've been feeling confused about is whether the word"stoops"here can be replaced by another word like"reduces"or not coz as i can recall,i ever came across this kind of usage.
looking forward to ur excellent instructions here!!
best wishes to all of u!
Rossming

"Stoops" here can be replaced with "sink so low".
This means to lower your moral standards by doing something which is unpleasant, dishonest or unfair.

** Stealing from your friends! How could you sink so low? (You can use "stoop" instead).

Is this clear?
