ı want to practise in english

hello dear teacher,

ı will be an english teacher-like you- 2 years later but ım lack of talking because there is no native speakers with whom ı can talk.I ım from Turkey and only ı can talk to people by the way of internet but ım not sure if it is enough or not.please tell me things ı should do for improving my english.I dont want to be an ordinary teacher.My accent must be like a native speaker ı want it so much.Please help me

Tell you what, talking with native speakers is not the only means of learning English. You could listen to recordings if you wish to have an accent. You could read books to increase your vocabulary. Study on books to learn and master grammar.... and so on....
There are a lot of ways to learn English, so start with where and what you have right now that you think could be helpful on your English venture...
