    I married him ultimately/finally.

    I think the both options sound correct. Could you tell me what the each option means in this sentence?

    No article is required in front of "both options" and "each option".

    They mean the same in essence. You will more commonly hear them as "Finally I married him" or "Ultimately I married him".
