Default Industry Park vs Industrial Park

I was wondering if someone here could help me with this...
I live in Sweden and I am working at a company that is about to change name.
The management has decieded that it should be "Industry Park of...", but somehow that doesn't sound right to me, and I would prefer "Industrial Park of..."
Is it wrong to say "Industry Park..."? Are there any differences in the meaning of these two ways of spelling? Which of the two would you recommend?

Thank you for helping me!

As an extension of this, we also have "Business Park" [commercial and trading companies] and "Science Park" [high tech and computer development companies]
