It was always held as the standard for how language should be used. Language science has shown it to be utter nonsense. Who, in their right mind, would want to talk like the queen of England?

Hmm, but do you use it in a sentence?
I saw it as one of the idioms so perhaps you may have a metaphorical use of it, don´t you?
