He draw on his cigarette and blow out a stream of smoke.
Is the above sentence correct, please. Thx.

My views ...open for correction.

The sentence should read ' he drew on his cigarette and blew the smoke out'.

That sentence is not correct.
'He draws on his cigarette and blows out a stream of smoke.' is grammatically correct too, but 'He drew on his cigarette and blew out a stream of smoke.' is probably what the writer meant to write.
