Delivery Problem

hello,
my problem is that i can understand english while conversation with others or when two people are talking but i have hesitation while speaking it, i have tried a lot of the times, words are on my tongue but i cant deliver them through speaking, wt should i do.

Problem child

Stop worrying about it, talk as much as possible, read out loud to yourself. Often it is nerves rather than lack of knowledge that prevents the words coming out.
