Default proofread my cover letter, please, please, please

Can anyone proofread it for me?

Dear Hiring Manager,

I was excited to read about the position you advertised on Jobpilot website (XXX here comes reference number which I have to find:). Having spent abroad over three years I am able to fully understand practical problems encountered by those who decide to live in a foreign country as well as the issues stemming from finding oneself in different culture. My background as sociology graduate and a teacher supplied me with very good communication skills and ability to work under pressure, which seems particularly important in the job you offer. I am very well organized and, as can be seen from my educational path, I don’t lack in ability and willingness to learn.
I hope you will consider me for this position. I look forward to meeting with you and discussing my qualifications in more detail.

Yours Sincerely,
XXX
