 What does ESA statement mean?  The following paragraph is selected from YAHOO online news , telling us about the immediate reduction of ice in the Arctic. What does ESA statement in the following paragraph mean? "The strong reduction in just one year certainly raises flags that the ice (in summer) may disappear much sooner than expected," Pedersen said in an ESA statement posted on its Web site Friday.
