Default What does individual mean here?

Dear Mr Answer:
  1. ....wait for th group to decide rather than making individual decisions...
In my opinions, Individual means relating to one person, or thing, singular... but why the sentence uses individual decisions? it's plural, i think.

You're right about the meaning.

Individual functions as an adjective, and adjectives don't take plural -s. Only nouns do.

Shinji,

It means,

... wait for the group to decide rather than [each of us]making individual decisions...

Thank you.

1:And by the way, If I want to stop someone thinking for themselves, Can I say "Let's stop their individual consideration" ?

2:and I have one more Q:"Children get more individual attention in small classes. " Does "individual attention " mean Any of Children Can get their own attention?

3:Can I say individual means "each of " or "every"?
Can I say "please put the devices on individual tables" means put them on each of tables?

You could certainly say that, Shinji.

OR

Let's try to stop them from considering this on an individual basis.

2:and I have one more Q:"Children get more individual attention in small classes. " Does "individual attention " mean Any of Children Can get their own attention?

It means that the teachers have more time to spend with each student on a one to one basis. OR The students get more one to one attention from their teachers.

3:Can I say individual means "each of the" or "every"?
Can I say "please put the devices on theindividual tables" means put them on each of thetables?
With the changes I made, Shinji, they are more natural.
