Exclamation Using present perfect for recent events

Hi..
Can I get a clear explanation on using present perfect for recent events..I would appreciate it if you examplify it because i need to teach it to a group of intermediate Esl students.
i havent got the reply as yet..plzz would u be hurry up a lil
