?% new...
I have a question in describe the degree of second hand goods. If we buy a brand new one, that is 100% new product. Please tell me what should I say properly that for something looks like as 90% new as the brand new's appearance.
Thanks eveyone!

Thanks everyone!
You could say,
It's hardly been used.
It's only been used once/twice/a couple of times/a few times/etc
It's just like new.
Others likely can provide more examples.

Re: ?% new...
Can it be "Nearly brand new"or "Almost brand new" ? I believe, it’s a sort of marketing strategy. When people see the word “brand new”, next to almost or nearly, their image changes, their willingness to buy the commodity increases .

Re: ?% new...
I wouldn't use 'nearly brand new', but 'nearly new' is fine. It's either brand new or not.
