Hi there.
brilliant - bright, shining or may be very deep color.
What is deep color? Does it mean very intensive, strong color? Can you give some examples?

I'm not sure of the science, but I think the 'deep' applies to a colour lower down* the spectrum (but not so much lower as to be a different colour).
Ultramarine (http://webexhibits.org/pigments/indi...ltramarine.jpg ) is a deeper blue than cerulean (http://webexhibits.org/pigments/indi...ruleanblue.jpg )
Carmine (http://webexhibits.org/pigments/indi...ch/carmine.jpg) is a deeper red than vermilion (http://webexhibits.org/pigments/indi.../vermilion.jpg ).
