please help me to write a formal letter

Good morning, i'm Algerian and i read in the newspaper an advertisement which interests me a lot. here it is:
Berlitz

Berlitz Algeria is seeking both full and part-time English instructors to join the friendly and professional team at our Algiers language Center.
We offer a professional training and development program

Minimum Rquirements:
-Native fluency in English
-excellent communication and customer skills
....etc.

i really don't know how to start my letter, there are a lot of information i want to write concerning me, but i dont know how to link them all...this advertisemnet is very important for me.
i'm 24 years old and i'm ending my studies in Marketing and communication.
I studied English during five years in an American cultural center, i have a very good accent , I can express myself easily, i have a good sens of communication and i taught English to Beginners...etc

Your letter should be brief and to the point. (Is this something you'll be sending via email, or snail mail?) Simply state that in response to their advertisement, you would like to submit your resume (or CV) and be considered for the position. Then you'd either paste your CV in the body of the email or attach it (depending upon what Berlitz prefers).
