Help with thesis statements

I am new to Thesis statements and I am trying to turn these into thesis statements. I tried 2-3 but just need a little help, to be sure, thanks!


1.) I would like to discuss my home.
(I would like to discuss why my home is the best home you can have)




2.) The advantages of engineering.



3.) The differences between hunan and Mandarian dilects.

4.) Country Life and city life are similiar.


5.) New York City is the largest city in the USA.
(New York City is coldest city in the USA during winter.)


6.) New York City and Shanghai are major cities.
(New York City and Shanghai are two important ecnonimcal cities.)

5.) New York City is the largest city in the USA.
(New York City is the coldest city in the USA during winter.)


6.) New York City and Shanghai are major cities.
(New York City and Shanghai are two important economical cities.)

2.The advantages of computer engineering are well - known worldwide.

3.The differences between Hunan and Mandarian dialects from linguistics perspective.
or,
A comparative linguistics study on the differences between Hunan and Mandarin dialects.

4.) Country Life and city life are similiar from the point of view of some services provided.

Country life and city life are not similar from many points of view.
