    Default tense

    Hi native speakers,
    I would like you to proofread the following sentence.

    I will be taking the GCE A-level examination this year. OR
    I will take the GCE A-level examination this year.

    Both are correct as written...there may be issues when this sentence is combined with the rest of what you are writing, however as single sentences they are both correct.
