I don't recall your name.
I don't remember your name.
Your name didn't register with me.


which one is used most often in U.S?
I mean in daily life.

do not recall - has a polite ring to it
do not remember - to the point
did not register - do not use

I would love to see the reason why you suggested "do not use" on did not register.

There is a subtle difference between do not recall and do not remember.
do not recall - I try hard, but I can not remember
do not remember - simply states a fact of no memory of something.

do not register - I don't pay attention so I do not remember
