Dear teachers,
Please look at the following sentence:
Whether your score is high is not important to me.
can I replace "whether" with "if" here?
If your score is high is not important to me.
Is it right or not?
thanks

If you'd like to replace "whether" with "if", here is the example I can think of, but I'm afraid it might have ambiguous meanings.
It is not important to me if your score is high.
==> I don't care about the great results you've got. (There is condition.)
==> Either good score or bad is of no importance to me.
What do you think?
