Whether your score is high or not, it's not important to me.You can say this if you want to use whether.

IMO, I would say,
Whether your score is high (or not) is not important to me.

is derived from

It is not important to me whether your score is high or not.

through fronting(a structure movement, the indirect question introduced by 'whether' is fronted)




If you'd like to replace "whether" with "if", here is the example I can think of, but I'm afraid it might have ambiguous meanings.

It is not important to me if your score is high.
==> I don't care about the great results you've got. (There is condition.)
==> Either good score or bad is of no importance to me.
