plz, is it correct to say: they are not being about to do something?

Please, I need your help,
I found this sentence in an article:
"A major problem for users (of dictinaries) is looking up a word and then not being about to figure out which sence is the one needed because there are no examples of the words use."
I think it's wrong to use "about" here, and instead of it we should use "able", but may be it's correct to say that and it has another meaning!.
Please let me know whether I'm wright or not?

You are correct...."able" should be used instead of "about"
