Which of the following is correct? MyCompany in the following statement is name of the company.

1. 1st Jan is holiday in MyCompany on account of new year.

2. 1st Jan is holiday at MyCompany on account of new year.

Either. And I'd capitalize New Year (though in a multi-cultural context there might be an argument for leaving it in lower case).
