Any = one or some of a thing or number of things, no matter how much or how many

I do not have any bananas today.
Any books you read must be in English.

Some =
an unspecified amount or number of xxxx

I do have some apples.
Some books I own are not in English.

that's easy, the difference is that any is used in questions and negative sentences
Any= (-) (?)
examples: Do you have any fruit in the kitchen? (Tenemos algo de frutas en la cocina?)
I don't have any pencils (no tengo nada de lápices)

See that they are in plural (fruit has no plural form)

Some is used in afirmative sentences
Some=(+)
I have some troubles (tengo algunos problemas)
There are some computers in the house (hay algunas computadoras en la casa)
There are some flowers in the garden (hay algunas flores en el jardín)

I hope that help you

"Some" can also be used in questions: Do you have some fruit? Have you some paper I can use.
