Thoughtless is an adjective and therefore cannot be the subject of a sentence.
Perhaps you meant thoughtlessness which is a noun.
Thoughtlessness does not exist.
This is certainly open to interpretation but I would say that this statement in not true in fact...though it is a proper sentence.:-)
