I have two sentences:
I'm worried about my son's safety. He's always going out with thugs.
I worry about my son's safety.He's always going out with thugs.
I have two sentences:

What's the differences between them?
There is not much difference in meaning. However the first sentence implies that you have been worried for some time. The second sentence implies you have just started to worry about the situation.
