i'm in ireland and i need to learn a fluen english with irish accent so i can get a beter job.please help me

Welcome to the forums.

There is only one way - constant practice.

If you are living in Ireland, watching Irish tv, listening to Irish radio, talking to Irish people, you will in the end pick up the accent (always remembering there are different accents even in Ireland). The English is a matter of you applying yourself to writing and reading it as much as you can.


Also, in Ireland, you may find you will need to learn Irish Gaelic as well.
