the commencement speech

I'm looking for a speech entitled The COMMENCEMENT SPEECH. Not any comm. speech for this one aroused controversy in the USA-in the 70's.Unfortunately, I have no other references.

Was it the "Use Sunscreen" speech? Although that's only 10 years old, not from the 70s.....

No, this is not the speech I'm looking for even though the tone reminds me of it.

I'm intrigued now. Do you have any other context for this Commencement Speech - of which there must be thousands. What set this one apart?

This speech , as far as I can remember, debunkes many American ideals without clearly claiming it. I guess itwas delivered in a famous American Univ. Education and its legitimacy was at stake. Many references were found in this text to Rimbaud and the Doors. It also has to do with the movie Gangsters'paradise, I guess. Sorry to be so vague.This text is fraught with double-entendres .
