Is it correct to say:

Do you have a good time with your study in USA?

It would sound better to say "Did you enjoy your studies in the USA?"

"Have a good time with" usually refers to having fun with another person, not a broad category like school.

I don't understand why you used past tense 'did'. How about 'Do you enjoy your studies in the US?'
