I think this sentence may contain some grammar points which I cannot catch up with them. I want to know why will be offering is used for 2005 year? 2005 is past, in my point, it should be followed by was offering...

Probably this was written before the year 2005. So the author was describing a service that was to be available in the future. Now obviously this writing is out of date.

If you substituted "was offering" into the sentence, it would mean that this service was available in the past but not anymore.

You are just reading an old advertisement that is out of date.
