I. This is a special moment in my life.
II. This is the special moment in my life.

I know the I. is a right sentence. How about II.? Pls.

The first one is correct. The second one will be correct if you complete it.
This is the special moment in my life when I have to risk and become very rich.

Both sentences could be correct. It all depends on what this refers to in the context of the rest of the writing.

One can have many special moments in one's life - the birth of a child, getting married, graduating from university... so sentence I is certainly correct in most cases. But if the writer is writing in a manner that selects one of these moments and places it above all others then sentence II could be used.
