Help with thesis

i want to write a descriptive essay, describing my attic. However, i do not know what my thesis can be. The essay is supposed to be descriptive, and i am planning to just write about how i go up to the attic and describe what i see ( such as, old stuff my parents had, memories, etc..) I dont know what my thesis is though. Any help

What about something like "An attic isn't just a place to store 'stuff,' but also a place to store memories."
