mind
Hi there,
Are the following expressions of 'mind' correct?
1. A lot of office men will go to gym after work to relax their minds.
2. Reading more can help us to broaden our minds.
Many thanks

Re: mind
In sentence #1, "mind" is not necessary and can be omitted. It is not wrong, just superfluous.
Sentence #2 is fine.
