| can anyone explain about the different between look and see. is there any conditions for using that words. |

| The two can mean the same thing: To examine or check Ex: Let the doctor look at / see it. ![]() The two differ in meaning here: Intentional verbs I looked at the photo because I wanted to see if I was in it. I listened to the radio to find out the weather for today. Non-intentional verbs I saw the photo as she turned the pages of the book. I heard the radio playing next door.
